  1. How do I contact Bredent UK?

  2. What are your opening hours?
    Bredent UK is open for business Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
  3. How do I request the latest catalogue?
    All of our product range is available to view online here. However, if you require a catalogue please contact us as above and we will get one sent out for you within 7 days.
  4. How do I check my order status?
    Please contact us if you have any queries about your order. We may be able to track your parcel online and update you on delivery.
  5. When will my goods be delivered?
    Please take a look at our delivery page for further information on our delivery policy and your options.
  6. How can I pay for goods ordered?
    If you have an account with us then we will invoice you with your goods. Payment should be made within 30 days by cheque, bacs or credit/debit cards. If you do not have an account then we ask that you pay for the goods when you place your first order. We accept all major credit/debit cards as follows: Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Electron. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
  7. How do I make changes to my account?
    If you wish to amend your personal details, please log into your account where you are able to update your personal details, credit card details, billing address and/or your delivery address.
  8. What is your returns policy?
    Unopened and unused goods can be returned within 30 days for a full credit. Please note that we do not refund any carriage costs incurred by the company or the customer. Goods returned after 30 days may be exchanged for goods of the same value at our discretion.
  9. Can I come and collect my order?
    We are primarily a mail order company but we can accommodate you if you wish to collect your goods. Please contact us first to check if the goods are available from stock to collect.
  10. Do you have sample products for me to try?
    Samples are available for some products. Please contact us and we will try to meet your requirements.
  11. How can I find what special offers are available?

  12. How do I get technical advice on Bredent products?
    Please contact us if you require technical advice. Not all Bredent UK staff are qualified to give you technical advice, however we will endevour to put you in touch with someone who can assist you with your query.
  13. Do you accept International Orders?
    Bredent UK can only supply goods within the UK and Northern Ireland. If you are outside of the UK please visit www.bredent.com to check where your nearest Bredent dealer is located.
