NEW PRODUCTS FOR DENTISTS
SKY Esthetic Line

Surgically and prosthetically optimized abutment range due to the caVex design. This design provides the perfect solution for surgical and restorative requirements with the available space values differing only slightly from the maximum values:
prosthetic: 1.4 mm & surgical: 1.1 mm
SKY Fast & Fixed

Today patients wish to have stable teeth - ideally restorations placed immediately after surgical treatment. Treatment concepts which allow that are in the focus of interest of dentists, implantologists and dental technicians. Especially patients with insufficient but existing residual teeth are hard to convince of implant therapy if a removable temporary restoration is considered to be an alternative.
Rapid development in the sector of dental implantology has also overthrown the traditional principles of unloaded healing of implants more and more. New implant surfaces and thread designs allow early and immediate loading of the inserted artificial tooth roots.
In close cooperation with the implant manufacturer bredent medical, the leading implantologists Dr. Georg Bayer and Dr. Frank Kistler developed a new treatment concept for these indications under the designation SKY fast & fixed.
The use of SKY fast & fixed, the complete system for immediate restorations in the edentulous ridge, allows to fulfill the wishes of patients for stable teeth in numerous cases. Within just a few hours the happy and satisfied patient will leave the practice with stable, implant-supported bridges - a simple, uncomplicated and favorably priced therapeutical option.
Making optimal use of the local bone
Thanks to the insertion of angled implants the SKY fast & fixed concept allows to avoid additional anatomical problems and the patient's existing bone can be made optimal use of. As a result augmentation and sinus lift procedures are not required.
Frequently, insufficient bone height in the upper jaw in the region of the maxillary sinus makes implant placement impossible. Thanks to the blue SKY implants that are inserted at a specific angle along the maxillary sinus, the terminal abutment is distalized in the region of the first molar and thus allows to prepare a perfectly supported bridge restoration.
Especially in patients who have lost some of their teeth quite some time ago, the residual bone height in the lower jaw above the mandibular canals is mostly insufficient. Accordingly, the possible implant positions are limited to the region between the foramina mentalis so that "classic" removable restorations with implants in regions 2 and 4 are selected. By making optimal use of the local bone, SKY fast & fixed allows to achieve a favorable static position of the abutments.
The implanted blueSKY titanium implants from bredent medical are particularly suitable for the SKY fast & fixed concept even in cases of implant positions below the bone level in the lower jaw. The newly developed osseo connect surface of the innovative blueSKY implants supports osseointegration of the implants and the coronal structure results in considerably improved bone stabilization. The proven conical, cylindrical implant design ensures high primary stability.
SKY Plan X

Why is a 3D computer-aided implant planning important?
The OPG is often no sufficient base for implant planning. It contains just 2D information, what provides only little information about the anatomy and bone quality and does not reflect the breadth of the bone-ridge - to determine the precise positioning for the implant.
CT-/DVT-pictures - from DICOM layer data - are difficult to interpret and in general, primarily for the diagnosis but not for planning. The conversion of DICOM-layer data into a 3D program is the basis for a spatial interpretation.
SKY Temp

Demands of patients on implant restorations are increasing continuously. Owing to professional and social obligations numerous patients are not willing to accept gaps in their dentition over longer periods. Temporary restorations provide an attractive alternative for such patients.
The SKY Temp plastic abutments are also ideal for modern implantological concepts such as progressive loading or immediate loading.
