Simple fabrication of horizontally screw-retained restorations using the bredent set of tools M1.4:
  1. Height can be freely selected according to the anatomical requirements
  2. Easy to screw with the hexagon
  3. All instruments are contained in the set of tools

Conical screw head is lowered to depth of 0.3 mm in the abutment.
  1. Utmost fracture resistance
  2. Protection against shear forces
Screw head can be shortened by 60%
Stress-free screw fixation of the crown
    Suitable for:
      - Precious metal-ceramic restorations
      - Titanium-ceramic restorations
      - Zirconium restorations

Splinting of the restoration through a thread in the crown:
For low wall thickness of the abutment
  1. SKY-PO00
  2. SKY-EM00
Height can be freely selected according to the anatomical conditions.
Sleeve and splint can be shortened by approx. 60% Indication:
  1. Precious metal-ceramic restorations
  2. Titanium or non-precious restorations

Splinting with a thread in the secondary element (crown) offers the following benefits:
  1. Safety - No fractures
  2. Long-term success - Keine No loosening, no loss of the restoration
Can be individually adapted to the anatomical conditions.
Friction-Splint – tension-free horizontal splinting

Prosthetic variation
Fig. 5: Friction-Splint – tension-free horizontal splinting
  1. Tension-free splinting, since any resulting stress/tension is absorbed by the plastic sleeve
  2. Particularly suited for all-ceramic and bar restorations
  3. High stability thanks to mounting in the abutment on both sides
  4. Can be easily removed during recall
Friction-Splint – tension-free horizontal splinting

Processing;
  1. Insert the auxiliary modeling element
  2. Excess length in secondary element: approx. 1 mm
  3. Wax on the coping
  4. Shorten screw and sleeve of the Friction-Splint from the direction of the thread
  5. Adapt screw head to the crown

Advantages of tension-free splinting with the Friction-Splint:
  1. Simple application
  2. High reliability
  3. Comfort during the recall
  4. Long-term success
