Dentists Warranty
In the unlikely event of implant failure we will replace the implant without charge, to the dentist, subject to the following conditions:
- The implant must be returned within 7 days of failure and within 12 weeks of placement
- The failed implant must be accompanied by a properly completed NOD form
- We reserve the right to withdraw this replacement scheme for any dentists with an unusually high rate of failure (in excess of 3%)
- We reserve the right to only replace implants placed by adequately experienced, trained, qualified and our mentor verified dentists
- This arrangement may be withdrawn at any time without notice
- Replacement of the implant does not acknowledge any liability of consequential loss
