Aim of the session:
- A personalised introduction to Implantology, in particular the surgical aspect. It’s aim is to prepare the dental team for their first implant placement and to offer a basic understanding of implant treatment in their own practice.
Objectives:
- To have an understanding of how to provide nursing support to a dentist conducting an implant procedure.
- You will have gained experience of the surgical procedure, a brief overview of draping your surgery and sterilization/maintenance of equipment, as well as having a basic understanding of the implant treatment process.
