Andrea Foschi Odt

Andrea Foschi was born in Ravenna and graduated in 1997 as a dental technician in Bologna, Italy. In 1998 he became the owner of a dental laboratory, developing a passion for metallurgy attending courses at Wieland and Ivoclar Vivodent. Andrea began specialist training by participating in the master course in aesthetics of Michel Magne; he collaborated with Anaxdent holding workshops and acting as speaker on the New Outline resins.

Meanwhile Andrea’s passion for dental photography grew so he joined various courses. In 2004 Andrea directed his interest to metal-free materials, including zirconium and disilicate and in 2008 he recognised the importance of gnathology oriented philosophy of Prof. R. Slavicek. This led him to take courses in basic and advanced gnathology arranged by Prof. Dr. Giuseppe Cuman, and the modelling course with Claudio Nannini. Andrea still applies what he learned in his daily workflow now.

At the same time, he joined other courses with internationally renowned speakers such as Roberto Bonfiglioli and Gérald Ubassy. Creator and developer of C.G.S. protocol to stratify in composite, controlling shapes and above all provide support. Andrea organises and teaches courses about dental photography both for dentists and dental technicians, in addition to courses about C.G.S. stratification in composite. Andrea also teaches about infiltration and staining of zirconia.
