Prof Ama Johal

Ama is Professor /Hon. Consultant Orthodontist, Academic Lead Orthodontics at the Institute of Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London.
Ama qualified in dentistry at Sheffield University in 1989 with honours and completed the Membership in Orthodontics (Royal College of Surgeons, England) and Masters Degree in Orthodontics at Bart’s and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, graduating with distinction in 1996, more recently he has completed a PhD in Orthodontics.
Ama has been actively involved in the training of Dentists and Orthodontists now for over ten years. He is one of only a handful of UK Orthodontists to be invited to join the Angle Society of Europe, a group of Orthodontists dedicated to providing the highest standards of clinical care.
