These terms and conditions apply to delegates who book a place at the composites masterclass in Chesterfield and/or composites masterclass in London
By placing an order the purchaser recognises these terms of sales, delivery keystonegate and payment as binding. Diverging regulations and conditions shall only be applicable after written confirmation by bredent UK Ltd.
Terms of paymentÂ
For bookings placed on a bredent account:
Unless different written agreements are made, payment must be effected without any discounts within 30 days from the end of the month when the invoice was issued. In case of bank transfers or cheques, the day of the credit advice shall be considered as the date of receipt of payment. Regardless of the legal ground, the customer shall not have the right of retention or the right to set-off for possible own reasons. In case of delay in payment interests customary in banking may be charged.
For bookings placed through Eventbrite:
Payment must be effected at the time of booking.
Cancellation terms
Bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of the event will be charged 50% of the ticket price. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event will be charged 100% of the ticket price.
For bookings placed on a bredent account:
The cancellation charge will be taken from your bredent account and payable as per the the terms of payment.
For bookings placed through Eventbrite:
If cancelled within 6 weeks of the event (but more than 7 days) 50% of the ticket price will be refunded to the payment method the original booking was made with.
