Let's get your HELBO® device serviced.
Your HELBO® device comes with a one year warranty. After this time it is recommended that the laser undergoes maintenance once a year to ensure its successful long term use.
An annual service includes:
- Measurement of the laser power; where necessary the output will be recalibrated
- Inspection of the control behaviour of the laser electronics and the radiation pattern
- Inspection and cleaning of the optical elements
- Inspection of all safety functions
- Complete cleaning and care for the device
- Replacement of all worn wear parts (e.g. buttons) as well as all warning stickers
- Inspection of your accessories (batteries, charger, T-Controller, etc.)
