In the neck area, the SKY classic implant is designed so that its relatively long, finished area of 1.5 mm and an area of 0.5 mm of only etched surface offers optimum conditions for the attachment of the connective tissue and epithelium. Therefore, the SKY classic implant is supracrestally placed.
This results in especially the transgingival insertion of the SKY classic implants, in which the soft tissue is not unfolded. In addition, the SKY classic can be used as a short 6 mm implant, in which it is only inserted into the bone until the end of the blasted and etched surface.
